Service was good. Food was good. Will definetly go there again.

The food was amazingly delicious, they waitresses are really good at their job, they did their absolute best at making sure we were taken care of

An excellent place for lunch on the road. It was also nice to order something "spicy" in Arkansas and it actually was spicy and flavorful. The menu also contained plenty of options for those who don't want to spice it up a little.

Good food, great service, clean and nicely furnished. Prices are better than what I'm used to on the west coast and the quality was very good. Great variety of salsas, what they called red salsa was actually greenish-yellow and the hottest I have ever had a restaurant serve to me. I was very pleased with that. Was pretty popular during lunchtime, the parking lot is large and was filling up quickly towards 12:00. I would recommend this to anyone who likes Mexican restaurant food.

Good food and good staff

Ordered spinach enchiladas with sour cream sauce. The sauce texture looked off. Two small bites and I was done. They simply said "oh sorry" when I mentioned it. Spent the trip home throwing up. NEVER eating there again. DON'T RECOMMEND!!!

If you enjoy Mexican food, they have some tasty options on their menu. The birthday sombrero is authentic and fun to wear!

Order was incorrect, it was offer to be fixed but we we're halfway through the entree. They have more of a variety of salsa than most but one of the actual spicy ones tasted like cucumber. Odd but not horrible. The entree had dry shredded chicken and the ground beef was nearly inedible. The waitress refilled drinks on time and had good service other than getting the order wrong. Maybe it's not always this way but as a passing tourist we won't stop again.

I haven't been too Papa's since about 2015 so since I moved back to the area a month ago, me and the family ordered 6 different dinners last Sunday all I can say everything was awesome better then I remember way to go

My time at Papa's was amazing, only because Madi Ellis was serving me my chips and mannnn were they excellent, oh man and talk about those salsa varieties. Absolutely amazing! When's this Madi girl gonna become a waitress? Not to mention Ashlynn! She was soo nice and made me feel very comfortable whilst eating at this establishment! However sopapilla need ice cream!

Impressed with the new location. Food is better and now I can have morning margaritas!!

Papa's is still a good place to eat at, with excellent food and service and food that agrees with your stomach. Hard to beat that combo.

We just left Papas, my husband ordered a 12 oz t bone steak can & I ordered a 12 oz ribeye steak, his was sup to be med well and mine was supposed to be med rare with no blood coming out, he could not eat his, mine was too salty and dry. They both were supposed to 12 ozs and they were maybe 4 ozs top. With the tip was $56 that includes a tip. We are not from here, we were coming from Fayetteville Ark headed home to South West Ark. I just wanted to say your food was way over priced & not very good. I hate to say this but we won't be back. Almost$60 for a meal and steaks were paper thin. Thank youMary Terry DeMoss 1/12/2020

Papa's is my favorite! I compare all other Mexican restaurants to Papa's, and most can't come close to their excellent food!

My order was to go and they had the bag tied in a knot so I didn't open the bag and check. They left out my large order of green salsa and large chips. Instead I got 1 small half filled bag of chips and 2 small cups of red salsa for 2 meals that were 13 dollars apiece.

Beef burrito with chilli was awesome!!

My family and I liked it. Yummy and good margaritas, I liked the salsa variety. Good rice and beans. Water was cold, with ice. Sister Audrey and mother got quesadillas and enjoyed them.

Excellent service. Staff very friendly. A bit disappointed in the food but that could have been my fault by not communicating clearly what I wanted.

Great service and very friendly wait staff. They have a large selection of items as well as a small senior citizen selection for those folk that are 60 and older. I had the talapia with grilled veggies. Everyone else in our large party had something different and it was great.

Visited Papa's while driving through town and was really impressed. I did think the mild sauce was bland (Im addicted to heat) so asked if they had other options. They brought out an excellent hot and a truly amazing green chili salsa. Server was very friendly and recommend the Pop Tacos which were fried, fluffy and tasty. I'll be back next time I'm in Mena.

Staff was ignorant about their beer, didn't even know what a "chilled glass" was. Stuffed peppers (appetizer), cheese in the middle was still cold. They charge for tap water, and for tortillas. I have never eaten at a Mexican restaurant that charged for tortillas, they usually come with the chips an salsa. When asking the waitress what all the misc. charges were for she got the mgr. who then informed us we not overcharged. Never said we were, just wondered what misc. were. Will never eat here again, an I do not recommend it either.

This place has yet to let us down! We have been fans since they first came to Mena. Great service, authentic food and clean restaurant! We love it!
